We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ZNTH AI for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to ZNTH AI, including your Life Profile, notes, goals, and uploaded knowledge base documents. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
Do not submit content that is illegal, violates another person's rights, or contains highly sensitive third-party confidential information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZNTH AI at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZNTH AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZNTH and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
