ZNTH AI ("we," "us," or "our") is a Christ-centered AI advisor designed to help Christians think, plan, and live with Jesus at the center of every area of life. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at znthai.org.
By using ZNTH AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's authentication service. We do not receive or store your Google password.
To personalize guidance, you may voluntarily provide information about your life, faith, goals, family, health, work, finances, and personal story. This is stored as your Life Profile and used as context by the AI advisor.
Your conversations with the AI advisor are stored to provide conversation history, continuity across sessions, and to improve the quality of guidance.
Any documents, notes, or references you upload to your knowledge base are stored and used to provide context-aware responses from the AI.
We automatically collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs. This data is used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
ZNTH AI uses third-party large language model (LLM) APIs to generate responses. When you send a message, your message and relevant context (such as your Life Profile or knowledge base excerpts) may be transmitted to these AI providers for processing. We use providers that maintain reasonable data security standards and do not use your data to train their models without explicit consent.
We currently use OpenAI. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including:
These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Period.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate operational purposes such as fraud prevention.
ZNTH AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
